Terms of service

The service

Hablix gives you access to the WhatsApp Cloud API through our software. We are an independent Business Solution Provider. WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc., and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members send. Keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

What you may send

You agree to follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. In short:

• Only message people who have given you permission to message them.
• Honour opt-outs promptly and permanently.
• Do not send anything illegal, misleading, or prohibited by Meta.

If Meta restricts or bans your number for breaking these rules, we will help you appeal, but we cannot reverse the decision.

Payment

Platform fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Meta's conversation charges are billed separately at cost, based on your actual usage. Fees already paid are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and your plan will run to the end of the period you have paid for.

Availability

We aim for 99.95% uptime and publish planned maintenance in advance. Parts of the service depend on Meta's systems, which we do not control.

Your data

Your contacts, conversations and templates remain yours. You can export them at any time, and your WhatsApp number stays yours to move elsewhere. See our privacy policy for how we handle data.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like from your account settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, or that has unpaid invoices, after giving you notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the platform fees you paid us in that period.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
