Meta charges on a per-message basis for delivered messages, not per 24-hour conversation. Rates depend on the category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, or Service) and the recipient’s country code.

Incoming messages from customers are always free. Meta also provides 1,000 free service messages every month for each business phone number.

Hablix adds zero markup to Meta’s rate card. You pay the exact official Meta rate directly or via wallet balance.
