Privacy policy
How Virtukart Technology Pvt Limited handles your data, and the data of the customers you message. Last updated 1 August 2026.
What we collect
We collect three kinds of data:
- Account data. Your name, work email, phone number, company details and billing information.
- Contact data. The contacts you upload or sync, including phone numbers, names, tags and any custom fields you add.
- Message data. The WhatsApp conversations sent and received through your account, along with delivery and read status.
How we use it
We use your data to run the service: to send and receive your messages, to show your reports, to bill you, and to support you when you ask for help. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contacts or conversations to market to anyone.
Where it is stored
You choose a data region - India, the European Union or the United States - when you create your workspace, and your data stays in that region. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who else sees it
Messages pass through Meta, because WhatsApp is Meta's platform. We also use a small number of service providers for hosting, payments and error monitoring. Each of them is bound by a data processing agreement, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is open. If you cancel, you can export everything first, and we delete your workspace data within 30 days of a deletion request.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it or delete it. Write to hello@hablix.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Your responsibilities as a sender
When you use Hablix to message your customers, you are the data controller for those contacts. That means you must have their permission to message them, tell them what you will send, and honour opt-outs. Hablix records opt-ins and adds an unsubscribe option to marketing messages to help you do this.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to measure basic, anonymous traffic. We do not run advertising trackers on it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will email account owners before the change takes effect.
